eden fabric softener
The main objective was very clear – as a part of the product branding I had to create a memorable website, completely different from their competitors. Eden’s owners wanted to break from the white color typical for this industry and replace it with one that will be remembered by customers. Because most consumers recognize their favourite fabric softeners on the shelf by the shape and design of the bottle, on the website the product packshots should be as big as it possible. That's why the design has to be light with subtle details.
With so many different coloured bottles it was difficult to choose a background on which each would look good. In addition, the colour had to be associated with freshness and laundry. Different gradients of blue proved to be the ideal solution. In contrast to the trendy, rectangular responsive websites, I used a lot of round and curvy shapes in this design. In combination with abstract details and shapes inspired by aromas, the website becomes more delicate and sensual. The bottles are as large as possible but do not overwhelm the whole page.
